Cindy Luijten, Myriam Van Asbroeck and Sylvia Neirynck are the Valesta Compensation & Benefits Officers. Gunther De Block is the Compensation & Benefits Manager. Together they are responsible for all legal and personnel administration.
Accounting
As accounting assistants, Ann De Vos and Linda Brenkers manage our financials and billing.
Reception, Administration and IT
Laila Lahrach and Karlien Coenaerts are glad to welcome you at the reception of Valesta in Mechelen. Besides that, they make sure the administration runs smoothly. Carine Laurent is the IT responsible.

Human Resources
This team exists of Danielle Van den Bosch, Isabelle Lux and Karine Mertens in Mechelen en Sandrine Werckx in Wavre. Our HR Officers are the primary contact for all our employees regarding all HR matters.

Staffing Operations
The team consists of 4 members. Catherine Hoet, Veronik Imbrechts and Isabelle Lenaerts are located in Mechelen. Jennifer Bauters is the contact person for the French speaking candidates in Wavre. This team evaluates and selects new candidates and, after a positive assessment, guides them towards their first assignment.
Staffing Operations works in close collaboration with our clients in order to find a perfect match between a job and a candidate. They also look for a new opportunity for our employees when their assignment comes to an end.

Micheline De Mey, Philippe Lemmens and Inge Lambrecht are responsible for the development and organisation of the training activities for both our internal and external employees.
Valesta office in Wavre
Sandrine Werckx is the Office Manager of the Valesta office in Wavre. Together with Jennifer Bauters and Stéphanie Moreau, she takes care of our French speaking employees and candidates. As we mentioned before, Sandrine is a HR Officer, Jennifer is a Staffing Operations Officer and Stéphanie Moreau supports them in all administrative aspects of their job in her role of Administrative Assistant of the office in Wavre.
Valesta office in Spain
Isabel de Haro is the Country Manager of Valesta Spain, she keeps in touch with the local market needs, has contacts with clients and advise them along the way guiding them to the most accurate solution. Francisco Ripoll is the Account Manager and Susagna Sastre Magem is the local HR Officer, she evaluates and selects new candidates, and after a positive assessment, guides them on to their first assignment. Francisco operates from our Madrid Office and Susagna and Isabel are located in our Barcelona Office.
