Job description:
As Account Manager you’re responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships and developing new customers. You are present within your market and grow leads into business opportunities. You closely interact with our HR and staffing professionals to offer innovative HR solutions that help customers execute their clinical studies in time, within budget at quality standards. Speed, accuracy and involvement are important parameters.  You are part of an international sales and business development department. Based on metrics and market information, you are able to analyze and optimize your results, to forecast demand and to monitor your budget.

Profile:
You have proven Account Management skills in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
You have experience in the world of clinical research.
A scientific education is an advantage.
You have a service-directed attitude and are sales-driven.
You communicate and interact easily and this as well in Dutch, English as French.
You’re able to manage your projects clearly, efficiently and accurately.
Your creativity, dynamism and sense of initiative join up with the Valesta philosophy which also stands for openness and honesty.
